You could just as well be able to teleport from anywhere in the world to anywhere in the world at any time you want (everything that is a 'timesink' is bad to some people, flying, farming consumables or gold, etc.). Since the cooldown became 15mins (with guild perk) I actually cant think of a time my hearthstone was all cooldown and i needed it again. Mages have portals and there are portals in the major cities etc. Shamans even have Astral Recall, a skill you barely use because HS has such a short CD.
There is no reason to have to HS within 15 minutes after HSing.
The cooldown doesn't serve any purpose in my eyes.And no cooldown has no purpose either.
Well the CD is 15 mins so it isn't that long but now I feel it is at the point where the cooldown is so low that I don't see why we have a cooldown at all to be honest.
